Junior & Senior Years
During their third or fourth year, students in the Pamplin College of Business declare a major. Once a major is declared, the curriculum becomes more tailored to the specific needs and interests of the students' major. The following series of required and elective courses are designed to give students the strongest foundation in marketing and management possible, as well as to allow some range of personal tailoring to students' interests and career plans.

- Legal Environment of Business
- Business Policy and Strategy (taken during the last semester of study)
Marketing Major Requirements
- Marketing Research (may be taken concurrently with Marketing Management)
- Consumer Behavior
- Marketing Communications
- Marketing Channels & Logistics
- Relationship Marketing
- Srategic Marketing (taken during the last semester of study)
- Marketing Electives (2)
In addition to these requirements there are numerous elective courses in the Pamplin College of Business and the Marketing Department that are available to students to enhance their curricula.
